Our accredited Project Managers will be point of contact for all live construction schemes, providing programme production, contract administration and overall project control throughout. We utilise a variety of construction contracts to suit the delivery needs.
We assist with tender selection, bank funding applications, cost valuations, variation assessment and final account agreement through proactive commercial management which helps keep projects on budget and viable.
Most construction projects all now require conformance to CDM2015 and the Building Safety Act 2023. From initial legal notifications to assembly and documentation of the golden thread, our safety specialists will ensure projects comply.
